Our
Story

Founded in 2016 and based in Wilkes County, North Carolina, Recovery Revolution offers a range of programs, including harm reduction services, transitional housing, workforce development, and peer support, that are grounded in lived experience and designed to restore hope, repair lives, and rebuild community. With over 50% of its staff and volunteers in recovery themselves, Recovery Revolution embodies a compassionate, grassroots approach to healing and empowerment.

Over the years, harm reduction services have become one of our most important ways to reach people, lowering overdose risk and building the trust that brings them back when they are ready for more help. Transitional housing grew from that same commitment, giving residents a safe place to build daily routines and focus on their recovery.
