Use the form below to submit photos for consideration in our Events Media Gallery. Whether your pictures highlight speakers, volunteers, community partners, activities, or meaningful moments shared during the event, your photos can help us celebrate the people who make this work possible.
Before You Submit, Please:
- Select the event where the photos were taken.
- Upload clear, appropriate images related to the event.
- Include the photographer’s name when known.
- Confirm that you have permission to submit and share the photos.
- Avoid submitting images that contain private, sensitive, or identifying information without proper authorization.

Privacy and Review Notice
All submissions will be reviewed by Recovery Revolution before they are published. Submitting a photo does not guarantee that it will appear on our website, social media accounts, or other communications.
Please only submit photos that you took yourself or that you have permission from the photographer to share. You must also have appropriate permission from recognizable individuals featured in the photos, including permission from a parent or legal guardian for anyone under the age of 18.
By submitting photos and completing the required consent fields, you authorize Recovery Revolution to review, store, crop, resize, and use approved images for educational, promotional, community-awareness, and nonprofit communications, including its website, social media, email, print materials, and future event promotions.
Please do not submit confidential information or photographs that could compromise someone’s privacy, safety, recovery, or personal circumstances. Recovery Revolution reserves the right to decline, remove, or discontinue using any submitted image at its discretion.
